Terms of Service
Last updated 30 September 2026
VerifyArr lists startups whose revenue is read directly from Stripe, and introduces the people selling them to the people buying them. It is not a party to any sale.
Who these terms are with
VerifyArr is operated by VerifyArr ("we"). By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy. If you are using VerifyArr on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract.
What the service is free of, and what happens if that changes
VerifyArr is free today. There is no listing fee, no success fee and no card on file, and we do not take a cut of any sale.
We may introduce fees later. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email to the address on your account before any charge applies to you. Fees will never be applied retroactively, and never to a sale that was already agreed before the notice period ended. If you do not want to pay, you can stop using the service or delete your account before the fees begin; continuing to use it after that is how you accept them.
Verified revenue is Stripe's number, not our opinion
When a seller connects a Stripe restricted key, we read their account's charges, refunds and balance transactions and compute monthly recurring revenue from them. The Verified badge means exactly that: the figures came from Stripe rather than a screenshot. It expires 48 hours after the last successful sync.
It does not mean we have audited the business, checked that the Stripe account covers all of its revenue, or formed any view on what it is worth. Revenue can come from a single customer about to leave. Do your own diligence.
We are not part of the deal
Buyers and sellers talk to each other directly and settle off the platform. We do not hold funds, provide escrow, transfer assets, draft contracts or verify that either side does what they promised. Any agreement is between you and the other party, and any dispute is yours to resolve.
A listing marked sold is a seller telling us it sold. We record the price for market statistics and nothing else.
Your account and your content
Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.
What you publish — your startup's name, description, logo, asking price and contact details — stays yours. You give us permission to display it on the site and in search results, and to include your figures in aggregate statistics where no single business can be identified. You confirm you have the right to publish it.
Moderation, suspension and removal
Listings are reviewed before they go public. We can reject or unpublish one, and we will tell you why. We can suspend or ban an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy; a ban takes the account's listings off the market rather than deleting them.
You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We keep what we are required to keep, as described in the Privacy Policy.
What we do not promise
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, that the figures shown are free of error, or that a listing will attract a buyer. To the extent the law allows, we exclude the implied warranties that would otherwise apply.
We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or the outcome of any sale you agree through the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters to you — anything affecting fees, your rights, or how your data is used — we will email you before it takes effect. Smaller corrections take effect when published, with the date at the top updated.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Sweden, and its courts hear any dispute.
If you use VerifyArr as a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you can also bring a claim in the courts there.
