About VerifyArr

VerifyArr is a marketplace for buying and selling startups: SaaS products, mobile apps and other small software businesses. Every revenue figure on the site is read directly from the founder’s Stripe or RevenueCat account, so buyers see real MRR, growth and churn instead of screenshots.

Why it exists

Most conversations about buying a small software business start with a screenshot of a payment dashboard, cropped to the good months. The buyer asks for more, the seller sends a spreadsheet, and both sides spend weeks working out whether the number at the top is real. VerifyArr removes that step: a startup cannot show a revenue figure here unless the payment provider reported it.

How revenue gets verified

  1. The founder connects Stripe, or RevenueCat for App Store and Google Play apps, with a restricted key that can only read. It is encrypted at rest and never shown to anyone.
  2. Every hour VerifyArr reads the account and computes MRR, growth, churn and the customer count. From Stripe it works from subscriptions and charges; from RevenueCat it reads the metrics RevenueCat already calculates.
  3. The startup page shows those numbers with a 12-month chart and a Verified badge. If syncing stops for 48 hours, the badge comes off until it resumes. Nothing is typed in by hand.

What it costs

Nothing. There is no listing fee, no success fee, no commission and no card on file, for sellers or buyers. If that ever changes, the terms promise at least 30 days’ notice, and no fee on a sale that was already agreed.

What VerifyArr does, and doesn’t

VerifyArr verifies revenue, publishes the startup page, lists it for sale with an asking price and lets buyers message the founder. It also suggests a valuation range from the asking multiples of comparable live listings.

It does not hold funds, provide escrow, transfer assets, draft contracts or take part in the sale. Buyer and seller agree the price and the handover between themselves. Verified revenue tells a buyer the money is real; the rest of due diligence is still theirs to do.
